TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Terrible Solutions, hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and the user, hereinafter referred to as “User,” collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. No Signal NYC Music Streaming App

1.1 Company operates a music streaming app called “No Signal NYC” (the “App”), designed to stream music exclusively from independent producers and DJs.

1.2 The App is owned and managed by Terrible Solutions, and it does not engage in any form of monetization related to music streaming.

2. Permissions and Legality of Music Content

2.1 All producers and DJs featured on the App have provided explicit permission for the use of their work within the No Signal NYC platform.

2.2 Company ensures that every piece of music streamed through the App complies with applicable laws and regulations. No work is published on the App if there is any concern regarding its legality.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

3.1 All content, including but not limited to music, text, graphics, logos, and images, made available through the App is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.2 Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App‘s content without the explicit consent of the respective rights holders.

4. Prompt Takedown of Content

4.1 No Signal NYC acknowledges its commitment to promptly take down any music content featured on the App if requested by the respective producer, DJ, or rights holder, citing concerns about legality or any other valid reason.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the App or its content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms of Use
