TSAIFAN is the latest project for NYC producer Justin Lin, whose previous work included multiple releases under the name Bilijie and with the group COLOR WAR.  In addition to a producer of electronic music, Lin is an educator and experiential artist, co-founding NO SIGNAL in 2023 with Ann Layman.
