ROCCO (they/he/IT) is an interdisciplinary artist (DJ, producer, archivist, painter, and organizer) based in New York City. Their developing sound weaves elements from old school industrial, experimental, punk, and glitch with a clear nod to the quintessential jacking American style techno. They founded FIGA, a queer collective focused on honoring the American roots of techno and platforming modern pioneers of dance music to facilitate community and expand the reach of the underground artists who have inspired them.
