Michelle Kay is a producer and DJ that has been carving a unique path through New York’s underground techno scene, with a style that's unapologetically bold and vibrant. Known for delivering sets that blend groovy, tribal and hypnotic elements, she’s earned plays at top clubs including H0L0, Elsewhere, SILO, and Signal. Her recent debut track on the Brooklyn-based label IMPULSE CØNTROL captures that same driving spirit, marking the next step in her evolving artist journey.

As a part of IMPULSE CØNTROL, Michelle Kay also plays a pivotal role in curating the collective’s discography and cultivating intimate, immersive parties and workshops across cities like New York, Amsterdam, and Berlin. Her work behind the scenes is as intentional as her performances, shaping the label’s creative direction with a sharp ear and a deep sense of community.

in the studio, skillfully traverses a crossroads of rhythmic drum grooves, enveloping
soundscapes, and raw synthesis. His distinctive gritty, yet hypnotic style, honed through
countless hours in the studio, has made waves around the world, with releases on labels
like Planet Rhythm, EvilGroove, SCI+TEC, Cocoon Recordings, and more.

Having shared stages with industry heavyweights like Ben Klock, ANNĒ, Marco Bailey,
Stephanie Sykes, and many others — Ramsey's sets are a masterclass in rhythm and hypnotic grooves, keeping the dance floor locked in from start to finish.

In 2023, Ramsey also founded IMPULSE CØNTROL, a Brooklyn-based record label and event brand focused on hypnotic and groovy techno.
